Seeds of Peace in United Arab Emirates
The ancient archetype of “City of Peace” is waiting in the wings to gather the overlooked seeds of community peace. Here is a new magazine, “Emirate Magazine for Human Rights,” published by the UAHR, Union for Human Rights Association. It features “The Declaration on Human Fraternity”, signed five years ago by Pope Francis and Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayyeb, Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, ” a powerful symbol of global unity in the pursuit of human rights, the eradication of hate speech, and the prevention of violent extremism.”
Emirates Magazine for Human RightsAbu Dubai became an International City of Peace in 2013. “I met Sheik Saif Ben Mohamed at the United States Institute of Peace in Washington D.C.” said J.
