Nakivale Unity Cities of Peace is a vibrant and inclusive community dedicated to fostering peace, resilience, and unity within the Nakivale Refugee Settlement and beyond. As part of the global Cities of Peace network, we aim to create a safe, empowering environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds can come together to build a future rooted in mutual respect, understanding, and hope. Founded on the belief that peace starts at the grassroots level, our community brings together refugees, host communities, youth leaders, women’s groups, and local changemakers to work collaboratively on initiatives that promote harmony, education, economic empowerment, and social cohesion.
