“SustainChain™ is the worldโs largest sustainability action platform that helps humanity collectively achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As a public service platform, we bring together impact investors, innovators, purpose-driven brands, NGOs and alliances with a shared mission of building a more sustainable supply chain. Using artificial intelligence and machine learning, we will map global efforts across the sustainability ecosystem, providing actionable insights into hotspots to accelerate efficiency and speed.”
International Cities of Peace will soon be a partner organization. Each Liaison and each City of Peace will have a way to log their SDG focus and share it with the world. The ICP U.N. Representative, Ms. Jennifer Brady, will introduce Joanna Hall, who leads product strategy, design and development for SustainChain™. Before joining the US Coalition on Sustainability, Joanna was Managing Director and Global Senior Vice President of Partnerships at Originate, a world-class designer of custom software products that solve complex problems with a focus on time-to-market, scalability, and business impact.
The 11th Annual Feast for Feast, 2023
Take photos of your event(s) and send to be part of our 2023 video!
Sharing food together in celebration of friendship and common interest is a tradition as old as the human family. The Global Feast for Peace is part of the U.N. sponsored International Day of Peace, celebrated around the world on September 21st each year. Whether itโs a small family celebration or a large community gathering, the Feast for Peace is a simple and profound expression of peace that everyone, no matter how humble or blessed their circumstances, can connect with and enliven the global celebration. The Global Feast of Peace!

Rotary e-Club of World Peace sponsored program
The Rotary E-Club of World Peace is a sponsor of the Power of Women Digital Conference 2023 (DPOW). This is also a program of our International Service Team and our E-Club members, Shenali Rajaratnam (founder) and Ashley Portillo, who are the lead organizers of this international conference which highlights so many Rotary values and practices.ย Many Cities of Peace are led by strong and committed women that are making huge progress within their communities and the world.
For two years, 2021 and 2022, International Cities of Peace was the Signature Program for the Rotary e-Club of World Peace. We would like to thank them for the collaboration and consider the 100 Rotarians that are members as colleagues in peace. One of the former President’s of the Club, David Wick, is one of the promoters of this event. Rotary eClub of World Peace members are leaders of many Cities of Peace, including Santosh Bidari, David Wick, Rudy and Karen Westerveld, Bob McKetchnie, Barbara Gaughen-Muller, and Brian Berman (sorry if we have left anyone out!). Consider this Conference.
Altruistic, professional, innovative, and darn good people, the Board, Facilitators, Advisors and, most importantly, the nearly 400 City of Peace Liaisons in 73 countries, are making huge progress beneath the headlines of global violence. Congratulations to Danielle Henson who was just elected to the Board of Directors. A pleasure to work with and committed to peace, Danielle joins our expanding Team. All are volunteers. We were so busy this year (each week a new City of Peace) that we forgot to ask for donations! We do need help with updating our website and providing tools for our leaders — so if you can help, please do, every donation helps! Support on-the-ground peace.

ICP Central is intended to be small. The focus of International Cities of Peace is on the hundreds of member Cities of Peace around the globe. It’s part of the philosophy of RESPECT. Only if people in their community express their deeply held love of PLACE can peace be won. Only people who live in a community can truly transform their PLACE in the long term.
Great thanks to all the Facilitators, Board Members, interns, consultants, and Mentors work hard to provide what we call the Peacemaker Superhighway (because we need to get there faster!). That includes our ICP Classroom with training courses, programs such as the City-to-City Collaborative, Peace Day initiatives such as this year’s 11th Annual Global Feast for Peace, as well as resources, links, fundraising ideas, and much, much more.
CONSIDER: We still need a few good-hearted and experienced individuals to make ICP Central operate to achieve its highest goals. (Are you interested? Contact me.)
